Job Description

Transports patients from room to Imaging Services. Assists technologists with elderly patients during exam.
Responsibilities for this position include:
Knows and assist in supporting the philosophy policies, and procedures and objectives of Imaging Services and the Hospital. Cooperates with other personnel to provide excellent quality service to the patient. Exhibits patience and tolerance for patients and employees especially in stressful situations. Transport patients to and from Imaging Services. Transports patients as needed to and from the Dialysis Unit as instructed. Transports patients as needed from patient registration to nursing units as instructed. High School diploma or GED required; One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. BCLS required.
