Patient Transporter Scottsdale Recovery Center - 3.9 Scottsdale, AZ Job Details Full-time From $17 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications CPR Certification First aid Driver's License First Aid Certification Vehicle maintenance Full Job Description Position Summary The Transporter is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services for clients and operational needs across Scottsdale Recovery Center. This role is critical in ensuring timely client movement, medication logistics, and inter-facility coordination while maintaining the highest standards of safety, confidentiality, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Safely transport clients to and from designated locations, including: Airports Correctional facilities / release locations Medical and clinical appointments Step-down or higher levels of care Court, probation, or other required appointments Coordinate and execute client pick-ups and drop-offs in a timely and professional manner Pick up and deliver medications from pharmacies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all protocols Serve as a courier between Scottsdale Recovery Center facilities, delivering documents, supplies, and other operational items Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper working condition Maintain vehicle readiness, including: Fuel levels Cleanliness (interior and exterior) Routine maintenance reporting Accurately document transports, mileage, and any incidents or delays Maintain strict client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and organizational policies Qualifications Valid Arizona Driver's License with a clean driving record Minimum age of 21 Ability to pass a background check and drug screening CPR/First Aid certification Physical Requirements Ability to sit and drive for extended periods Ability to assist clients in and out of vehicles if needed Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs (luggage, supplies, etc.) Work Environment Frequent local travel with occasional long-distance trips May include evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts Interaction with clients in various stages of recovery Join us in making a meaningful difference by facilitating seamless patient movement and supporting our healthcare teams.
