Responsibilities Assist with patient transport within the facility, ensuring safe and respectful handling at all times Support clinical staff by preparing examination rooms and ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked and organized Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across patient areas, corridors, and common spaces Help with the movement of medical equipment and supplies to facilitate efficient patient care delivery Monitor the safety of patients during transfers or while in waiting areas, responding promptly to any concerns Support hospital staff with critical care transport when needed, ensuring swift and secure movement of patients requiring urgent attention Follow established protocols for infection control, safety procedures, and patient privacy regulations Scan documents Skills Prior experience in home & community care or hospital environments is highly desirable Strong understanding of patient care principles with a compassionate approach Experience working in hospital or critical care transport settings is a plus Excellent communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with medical teams and patients Ability to handle physically demanding tasks such as lifting, transferring, and moving patients or equipment safely Knowledge of infection control practices and sanitation standards This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to make a meaningful difference in healthcare environments.
