Job Description

Franciscan Health Michigan City Campus 3500 Franciscan Way Michigan City, Indiana 46360 The Franciscan Health Transporter coordinates with doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals to take patients from various locations, such as emergency room, imaging, scans, surgery, inpatient bed, other diagnostic tests or procedures, and discharge of patients. The Transporter may help patients in and out of bed, or use wheelchairs and stretchers to get patients to identified locations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred High School Diploma/GED 1 year Healthcare Preferred Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association
