The pay range for this position is listed below. Actual pay rate dependent upon experience. $18.00 - $23.50 Position Highlights Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm; PRN You Belong at Avera Be part of a multidisciplinary team built with compassion and the goal of Moving Health Forward for you and our patients. Work where you matter. A Brief Overview Prepares rooms, stocks supplies and linens, rooms and transports patients, and assists provider with treatment procedures. What you will do Casts and assists with wound vac placement and removal. Transfers patients to wheelchairs and stretchers using mechanical lifts. Rooms patients. Answers call lights, prepares patients for treatment, and assists with room turnover. Transports patients to other areas of the hospital as directed. Assists with inventory, supply order, entering data into tracking systems, and preparing educational materials. Assists in end of day cleaning and transporting equipment to centralized sterilization. Essential Qualifications The individual must be able to work the hours specified. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily including having visual acuity adequate to perform position duties and the ability to communicate effectively with others, hear, understand and distinguish speech and other sounds. Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:
