Radiology Assistant | PRN Technicians / Patient Care Support Radiology

This position is PRN (As-Needed) within M-F 8am-5pm.What we offer:

The RA provides back up to the clerical coordinators for lunches, meetings, etc. and requires basic understanding of clerical check in processes.Preferred Education:
High School graduate or equivalentRequired Skills:
1. Greets and assist radiology patients in a timely, efficient and courteous manner. 2. Excellent transport skills 3. Performs RA and basic clerical duties essential to Radiology. 4. Correctly identifies each patient by two identifiers: Name and Date of Birth. 5. Properly communicates with Monitor techs when transporting patients 6. Coordinates order of multiple exams with technologists in each modality 7. Takes proper care of and cleans patient transport equipment 8. Places orders for Maintenance as needed on equipmentPreferred Skills:
Knowledge of safe patient handling skillsRequired Licensure/Registration/Certification:
