Full Job Description Description:

This position requires travel between all clinics, primarily New Braunfels, Schertz and Mission Trail.

Working hours:

Monday 8am-5pm, Tuesday 8am-5pm, and Thursday 8am-5pm.

JOB SUMMARY

: The Patient Transporter assists patients by transporting them to and from Radiology, and around the clinic.

SUPERVISOR

: Radiographer Manager

DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

: Cordially greet and guide visitors and patient Transport patients to and from the radiology area Comforts patients and their families by offering support and encouragement Transports equipment and supplies as needed Maintains a safe, secure and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with federal and state regulations Requires regular and predictable attendance

EDUCATION

: High school diploma or

G.E.D. SKILLS

: Extraordinary customer service skills. Must be customer-focused.

ABILITIES

: Ability to communicate effectively with all levels (patients, internal/external customers).

OTHER :

Other duties as assigned as necessary and may vary at times, as needed, by your immediate supervisor or as directed by the company.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS

: Position requires continuous walking patients to and from departments. Bending, stooping, lifting patients, pushing patients in wheelchairs. Etc. #Clinic1
