• Job Summary and Qualifications
• Provide every patient with the highest quality of professional care and ensure the safety of the patient while in transport. Uses good body mechanics needed to care for patients. Demonstrates knowledge needed for proper use of wheelchairs, stretchers and other transporting equipment.
• Minimum Education and Experience:
• High school graduate or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in the Hospital role desirable.
• Minimum License and Certificates Required:
• Must hold a current CPR certification or must obtain during orientation period.
