12-HR Shifts; Alternating Weekends Position Summary The CNA/Transporter is an excellent opportunity for supporting comprehensive health care services. Assisting with basic nursing care and providing safe and timely transport of patients, supplies, and equipment throughout the facility, this role allows for our health care services to run fluently and efficiently throughout the MultiCare facility. As a Transporter at MultiCare, you will collaborate with the entire nursing staff, hone your decision-making capacities, and enjoy daily variety and problem-solving opportunities. Responsibilities You will perform patient care as directed by RN/physician You will provide assistance to units by cleaning equipment and stocking supplies Partner by implementing your service-oriented attitude, professional integrity, and solid decision-making capacities You will effectively prioritize and apply organization and flexibility to your work duties Requirements Current Washington State CNA or MA license Current BLS Certification One (1) year experience in physician's office or other medical facility preferred About Allenmore Hospital MultiCare Allenmore Hospital has served Tacoma since 1929, offering convenient access to primary and specialty care services.
