Certified Water Aerobics Instructor

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Certified Water Aerobics Instructor to lead engaging aquatic fitness classes that promote health, wellness, and fun. Duties Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times by monitoring participant form and providing modifications as needed. Promote the health club's aquatic programs through friendly interactions. Maintain pool safety standards while creating a positive atmosphere that encourages participation and community building. Stay current with industry trends in health club fitness, water exercise innovations, and certifications to continually enhance class quality. Experience Proven experience in teaching group fitness classes with a focus on water aerobics or aquatic training. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, body mechanics, and sports coaching principles relevant to water-based exercise. Familiarity with gym operations and health club environments is preferred. Excellent teaching skills with the ability to motivate diverse participants while maintaining safety standards. Certification as a Water Aerobics Instructor is required; additional certifications in Pilates, Yoga, Dance Fitness are a plus.
