In this role, you will leverage your sports coaching experience, biomechanics knowledge, and industry expertise to design effective fitness programs that cater to individual needs. Duties Develop customized workout plans tailored to each client's goals, fitness level, and health considerations Provide expert coaching on proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and injury prevention Lead individual and group training sessions with enthusiasm and professionalism Monitor client progress regularly and adjust programs to ensure continuous improvement Educate clients on nutrition, recovery strategies, and overall wellness practices Build strong rapport with clients through effective communication, motivation, and support Maintain safety standards by applying first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automated External Defibrillator) operation, and manual handling techniques when necessary Promote fitness services to attract new clients and retain existing ones through sales skills and excellent customer service Qualifications Proven experience in personal training, sports coaching, or physical education instruction In-depth knowledge of biomechanics, physiology, anatomy, body mechanics, and program design Certification in personal training from a recognized organization; CPR/AED certification required Experience in fitness sales, customer service, and client rapport building Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively during training sessions Familiarity with group fitness instruction and health club operations preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse clients of all ages and backgrounds Knowledge of nutrition principles relevant to fitness goals is a plus Valid liability insurance coverage for personal training activities is desirable Embark on a rewarding career where your expertise transforms lives! $30.00 - $75.00 per hour
