Job Description
Overview BeDriven Fit Factory is seeking energetic, motivated, and dependable Group Fitness Coaches who are passionate about helping others become the best version of themselves. Coaches should be able to lead high-energy group sessions, while creating a positive, encouraging, and safe training environment for members of all fitness levels. We are looking for individuals who embody leadership, professionalism, accountability, and strong communication skills while aligning with the culture and mission of BeDriven Fitness. Duties Lead group fitness classes with energy and professionalism Demonstrate and coach proper exercise form and movement mechanics Modify workouts for varying fitness levels and injuries Arrive early to set up class equipment and music Build relationships and encourage member retention Maintain cleanliness and organization of training areas Assist with community events, challenges, and gym initiatives Help create a motivating and welcoming environment Communicate effectively with management and team members Pay $25 per class during the 90 day probation period, after requirements are met, $25 per hour.
