With every job we fill, our focus is on providing best in class service to our citizens while offering the opportunity for professional growth in a rewarding and innovative work environment. + Assist with implementing facility programs and events. + Preparing activities, curriculum, leading and monitoring assigned activities, adapting to participant's needs, classroom management and maintaining records. + Customer service to include fielding questions and resolving conflicts with internal and external customers. + Facilitate a range of activities, crafts and games for children ages 18 months to 7 years in a safe and friendly environment. + View the full job description. About You + Be able to work with minimal to no supervision, respond to emergency situations and be astute in conflict resolution skills + Possess outstanding customer service and communication skills + Flexible availability to workdays and evenings (Approximately 10
- 15 hours weekly. Hours for these positions are Monday through Thursday from 8 am
- 12 pm and 4:00 pm
- 8:00 pm, Friday from 8 am
- 12 pm and 4:00 pm
- 7:30 pm with rotating Saturdays from 8:00 am
