Overview Join our dynamic team as an MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) Trainer, where you will inspire and empower individuals of all ages to achieve their fitness and martial arts goals. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead engaging training sessions, develop personalized workout plans, and foster a motivating environment that promotes discipline, confidence, and physical excellence. As an MMA Trainer, you will play a vital role in helping clients improve their strength, technique, and overall well-being through expert coaching in martial arts disciplines combined with fitness training. Responsibilities Design and deliver comprehensive MMA training programs tailored to individual skill levels and fitness goals Lead dynamic group classes and one-on-one coaching sessions focused on striking, grappling, conditioning, and technique refinement Ensure safety protocols are followed during all training activities, including proper use of equipment and adherence to injury prevention practices Provide clear instruction on martial arts techniques such as Kickboxing, MMA, Boxing, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu while fostering a positive learning environment Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting training plans to maximize results and maintain motivation Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and respectful behavior among participants of all ages and skill levels Maintain cleanliness and organization of training areas and equipment Requirements Proven experience as an MMA trainer or martial arts instructor with a strong background Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children and youth in a coaching or teaching capacity Strong communication skills to clearly convey techniques and provide constructive feedback Experience working with sports teams or coaching soccer, basketball, cheerleading, climbing or other sports is advantageous Ability to manage behavior effectively while fostering a safe, inclusive environment for all participants Prior experience in health clubs or gym settings enhances understanding of fitness equipment and workout routines Join us to make a lasting impact by guiding aspiring athletes through their martial arts journey! Pay:
