Requirements:
Certifications & Education Must be 18 years or older. Bilingual - not required but preferred Must have a current nationally accredited personal training certification or a degree in an exercise-related field. Current CPR certification mandatory within 30 days of start date. Technical Skills Must be familiar with OLS, AOD, Windows PC, Word, Excel, Outlook, and other various computer programs. Must have a thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures. Demonstrate an understanding of the operation of exercise equipment and be able to demonstrate its use to other staff and members.
