Raise the Bar Training Studio — voted Best of Old Town Scottsdale 2025 — is looking for a driven, certified personal trainer to join our elite private studio as an independent contractor. This isn't a typical gym job. You run your own business. We give you the platform to do it at the highest level. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, certified independent personal trainer to operate their training business within our studio on a 1099 contractor basis. This is not an employee position. You set your own rates, manage your own schedule, and build your own clientele — with the full support of our studio infrastructure, systems, and leadership behind you.

Who We're Looking For:

Certified Personal Trainer (CPT required; CSCS strongly preferred) Already passionate about their clients and ready to thrive in a premium environment Self-motivated, professional, and client-focused Serious about building a long-term training business, not just clocking hours CPR/AED & Professional Liability Insurance required
