Must carry liability insurance.
MINIMUM two years experience in one-on-one personal training
Experience with Senior Fitness preferred
Develop personalized fitness programs for individual clients based on their goals and abilities
Program and design small group fitness classes and be able to lead in a fast paced environmen.
Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure clients are using equipment safely
Modify exercises for clients with injuries or limitations
Monitor and track client progress, adjusting programs as needed
Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport with clients and addressing any concerns or questions
CurrentCertification in personal training (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM)
Current CPR/AED Certification
Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and physiology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
