This role is about more than coaching workouts — it's about creating an experience that keeps members motivated, supported, and excited to come back. Who You Are A natural leader with confident presence Passionate about fitness, people, and community Confident coaching groups while still connecting with individuals Motivating, positive, and team-oriented Quick on your feet and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment Someone who genuinely cares about helping people grow Responsibilities Lead high-energy group training sessions while ensuring members feel supported, motivated, and coached safely Demonstrate exercises with proper form and provide modifications when needed Help create a positive, organized, and energetic studio environment Collaborate with the management team on studio goals, member experience, and fun community events Support and help guide fellow coaches while maintaining strong team culture Assist with trainer scheduling and help coordinate class coverage as needed Assist with member consultations, onboarding, and retention Help set up, clean, and maintain the studio before and after classes Qualifications Group fitness or personal training experience preferred Strong communication and people skills Ability to lead and motivate large groups Passion for fitness, functional training, and helping others Team-player mentality with a positive attitude F45 experience is a plus, but not required Comfortable with social media and community engagement Certifications Required Current nationally recognized fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, AFAA, etc.) Current CPR/AED certification Schedule Part-time position with opportunities for additional hours as needed Morning shifts: 5:15 AM-10:30 AM, approximately 3 mornings per week Midday shifts: 12:15 PM-1:30 PM as needed Weekend availability required on a rotating basis Compensation Starting at $35/hour (not per class) Commission and bonus opportunities available Opportunity for increased pay based on performance and growth in the role At F45, we're more than a workout — we're a community.
