We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our fitness team. Our classes will be small and we are looking for someone who can create fun and athletic flows. The ideal candidate has a strong background teaching group fitness. Duties Conduct athletic and creative Pilates classes for individuals and groups, adapting exercises to accommodate varying skill levels. Educate clients on proper body mechanics and alignment to maximize effectiveness and minimize injury risk. Foster a positive community atmosphere that encourages participation and motivation among clients. Skills Proficient in Pilates techniques with a solid understanding of anatomy knowledge. Background in yoga, sports coaching, or group fitness is highly desirable. Familiarity with body mechanics and the ability to educate clients on safe exercise practices. Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate clients of all fitness levels. Ability to demonstrate exercises clearly and effectively while providing modifications as needed.
