Milestones Movement Therapy is seeking a Movement Therapist to join our growing team. We work with active individuals who are committed to improving their health, movement, performance, and quality of life. Our approach combines movement assessment, corrective exercise, bodywork, recovery modalities, and client education into a highly individualized one-on-one experience. Unlike traditional insurance-based healthcare settings, our practitioners work with clients for a full hour, allowing time to build meaningful relationships, develop personalized strategies, and focus on long-term results. About Milestones Movement Therapy Milestones Movement Therapy exists in the space between traditional healthcare and traditional fitness. Our clients often come to us because they are looking for a more individualized, movement-focused approach that helps them stay active, improve physical function, and return to the activities they enjoy. Our Movement Therapy model draws from principles commonly found in movement science, exercise, strength and conditioning, performance training, bodywork, and wellness coaching. We believe movement is one of the most powerful tools available for improving quality of life, and we strive to create an experience that empowers clients rather than making them dependent on ongoing care. What Makes This Position Different? At Milestones you will not be expected to: Manage a high-volume caseload Meet insurance productivity requirements Double-book or triple-book appointments Spend hours completing insurance documentation Follow rigid treatment limitations imposed by third-party payers Instead, you will: Work one-on-one with clients Have flexibility in how you coach and educate clients Integrate exercise, movement, bodywork, and recovery strategies Build long-term client relationships Be part of a collaborative and entrepreneurial team Help shape and refine the Milestones Movement Therapy methodology Responsibilities Conduct movement assessments and client consultations Design individualized exercise, mobility, and movement programs Provide corrective exercise coaching Deliver bodywork and manual therapy interventions within company standards Utilize recovery modalities such as shockwave and laser therapy Educate clients on movement, exercise, recovery, and lifestyle habits Track client progress and adjust programming as needed Build strong client relationships and support long-term success Participate in team education and professional development Assist with community outreach, marketing initiatives, and events Contribute to the ongoing development of the Milestones Movement Therapy system Ideal Candidate We are primarily seeking candidates with backgrounds including: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) Candidates from other movement-related professions may also be considered depending on experience and qualifications.

Important Note for Licensed Professionals This position operates within the Milestones Movement Therapy framework. Practitioners are trained to provide movement coaching, exercise instruction, bodywork, recovery modalities, and wellness services in accordance with company standards. This position is not intended to provide physical therapy, chiropractic care, or other licensed healthcare services through Milestones Movement Therapy. Milestones provides internal training and mentorship to ensure consistency in service delivery and practitioner development.
