Instructors should possess a strong knowledge in tumbling/gymnastics. Having a background in competitive cheerleading is a PLUS but not required. Potential candidates should be able to teach and spot beginning through advanced tumbling such as tucks, layouts and full twists to kids ages 2 to 18. Potential candidates should also have a background in teaching preschool aged kids. All candidates should feel comfortable teaching with all age groups and abilities. At California Spirit Elite training is available for all levels of coaches. The ideal candidate is reliable, passionate, energetic, has a positive attitude, hard working, flexible schedule, professional and a true love for kids!
