POSITION:

We are immediately hiring experienced Certified Group Reformer Pilates Instructors! If you are a professional Pilates instructor who is energetic, friendly, willing to learn, build relationships with potential and existing clients, and lead dynamic group reformer focused workout routines, you'll be a great addition to our team. Our customized, state-of-the-art "Balanced Body" reformers have been designed for our exclusive XTP reformers. We are looking for instructors with confidence in working with all level of clients to provide challenging, Pilates classes in a safe manner. X-Treme Pilates offers blocked scheduling and shifts, excellent pay in a supportive and fun environment!

REQUIREMENTS

Reformer Pilates Certification Minimum 2 years teaching experience Ability to demonstrate effective group reformer instruction Energetic, positive and motivational teaching style Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises Punctual, reliable and dedicated Focus on customer service, including professional and effective communication skills Experience with Mind Body software and/or the ability to learn new systems CPR Certification

RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing Pilates group reformer classes pursuant to XTP Pilates standards Instructing clients (up to 10 clients per class) using proper form and safe methods on the X-Former. Ability to implement jumpboard, ballet barre, hand weights, therabands, Pilates Circle etc to ensure a creative, safe and fun class flow experience Conducting private or semi-private or trio sessions Check in clients and purchase retail via MindBody Responsible for studio tidiness and returning equipment to standards set by studio management

COMPENSATION

This position offers a very competitive $40 to $65 per hour/class rate; based on experience and class performance.
