$25.00 per hour + Free gym membership We are looking for an energetic and reliable class instructor to be responsible for creating a friendly and fun environment. Must have experience and certifications. We are looking for a wide variety of classes to be taught; Zumba, Yoga, Piyo, Matt Pilates, Body Shred, HIIT etc Instructors needed. If you are punctual, reliable, passionate about fitness then this job will be great for you. Tasks include working closely with members to determine their needs, answer their questions about the class and recommend the right solutions for any modifications that need to be done. You should be able to promptly resolve customer modifications and ensure maximum client satisfaction. Responsibilities Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on products and fitness goals Welcome customers to the gym "Go the extra mile" to create a fun and friendly environment Actively seek out customers during slow times to join your class Retain clients and hold them accountable to attending your class Prescribe accurate workouts Build productive trust relationships with customers Skills Proven work experience in instructing a class Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Proficiency in English Basic Math skills Track record of over-achieving Solid communication and interpersonal skills A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus Ability to perform under pressure Availability to work flexible shifts High school degree

Pay:

$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 1.0 - 4.0 per week
