Minimum 1 year experience teaching Pilates reformer classes in a studio setting. Role Summary We are looking for experienced, thoughful Pilates instructors to lead small-group reformer sessions in a supportive , client

• center setting.

Classes are limited to four clients, allowing a more intentional, detail-oriented teaching experience focused on alignment, form, and connection. This role is ideal for instructors who value presence, attention to detail, and building a meaningful client relationship in a boutique environment. Key Responsibilities Lead 50-minute small-group reformer classes (4 clients per class). Deliver clear, safe, and motivating instruction aligned with studio philosophy. Provide hands-on or verbal corrections to ensure proper form. Adapt exercises for various levels; offer progressions and regressions. Maintain a clean, inviting studio environment. Support clients and foster a welcoming space.

Qualifications Required:

• Certified Pilates Instructor (Comprehensive or Reformer).
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience.
• Strong understanding of anatomy and alignment.

Preferred:

• Experience teaching in boutique studios.
• Ability to teach early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
• Experience working with clients with scoliosis or special conditions.
