We don't just run workouts. We change lives, one rep at a time. What you'll do Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to each athlete's goals and ability level Lead small group training sessions in a supportive, high-energy environment Adapt programming on the fly — every athlete is different, and that's the fun part Build genuine relationships with athletes and their families Track athlete progress and communicate regularly with families and caregivers Uphold Train Unique's standards for safety, inclusivity, and excellence What we're looking for A fitness or health-related background — certification (CPT, ACSM, NASM, CSCS, etc.) is preferred but not required Experience working with individuals with intellectual, developmental, or physical disabilities is a strong plus
