Deliver motivational coaching, and foster a positive environment that encourages clients to achieve their health and fitness goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working within a supportive fitness community. Responsibilities Provide motivational coaching to encourage clients and maintain high engagement levels during sessions Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, manual handling, and safety procedures such as first aid and AED operation Qualifications Certified Personal Trainer with recognized accreditation (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM) Proven experience in sports coaching, group fitness instruction, or physical education teaching Valid CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), First Aid certification, and AED operation training required Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while demonstrating proper manual handling techniques Strong communication skills for client coaching and team collaboration
