You will:

Train your own 1:1 and small group clients Build and manage your own schedule Take full ownership of your business and income Deliver a high-level, results-driven experience to every client Maintain the cleanliness and professionalism of the space Contribute to the culture, energy, and standard of FEAR Earn the highest payout in Northern California as a personal trainer What We're Looking For Certified trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.) or strong hands-on experience An entrepreneurial mindset. You want to build, not just work Strong communication and people skills A high level of professionalism and accountability Coaches who take pride in delivering real results Individuals who want to grow long-term with a serious, expanding brand Compensation This is a performance-based opportunity.
