We're building something different. This is not a high-volume, one-size-fits-all studio. Hiptwist is designed as a performance system , where strength, mobility, and recovery come together to support long-term, real-world movement.

Tower Reformer Pilates (10 reformers, premium setup) High-performance programming (strength, conditioning, precision) Integrated recovery (including red light therapy) A modern, elevated studio experience We're currently hiring Founding Instructors to help shape the studio from day one. The Role We're looking for confident, engaging Pilates instructors who can deliver intentional, well-structured classes with a strong focus on form, pacing, and client experience. You'll be teaching small-group reformer classes (max 10 clients), with the opportunity to build a loyal following and grow into private training and advanced class formats. Schedule Part-time (5-15 classes/week to start) Morning, evening, and weekend availability preferred Consistent weekly schedule expected What We're Looking For Certified Pilates instructor (Reformer required; Tower experience preferred) Strong understanding of form, alignment, and progressive programming Ability to lead Pilates classes that are dynamic, thoughtfully programmed, and high-energy while grounded in strong fundamentals, alignment, and intentional movement Confident presence with a grounded, professional energy Genuine passion for movement, wellness, and motivating others Team-oriented, reliable, collaborative, and excited to be part of a new studio Open to coaching, feedback, and ongoing professional development Flexible availability for early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends Commitment to teaching a minimum of 4 classes per week
