We are seeking an energetic and motivating Zumba Instructor to lead dynamic group fitness classes that combine high-energy dance moves with infectious enthusiasm. As a key member of our fitness team, you will create an engaging environment where participants can enjoy the benefits of cardio exercise, improve their coordination, and have fun while getting fit. Your expertise will help foster a positive community atmosphere that encourages everyone to move, sweat, and smile. Responsibilities Lead lively Zumba classes that incorporate Latin-inspired dance routines and energetic music to motivate participants of all fitness levels Design engaging class programs that blend dance styles such as salsa, merengue, cumbia, and reggaeton with effective cardio workout principles Ensure safety by demonstrating proper body mechanics and encouraging correct movement techniques during routines Adapt choreography and intensity levels to accommodate diverse participant needs and skill levels Promote a welcoming environment that fosters group cohesion, motivation, and enjoyment Maintain equipment and studio cleanliness to ensure a safe and inviting workout space Stay current with fitness trends, dance styles, and certifications related to group fitness instruction Skills Proven experience in leading group fitness classes, especially in dance-based formats like Zumba or similar programs Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, body mechanics, and exercise science principles to ensure safe practice Ability to design varied program routines that incorporate elements of Pilates, Yoga, CrossFit or cycling as needed for variety and progression Excellent teaching skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of participants Familiarity with sports coaching techniques and personal training fundamentals to enhance class effectiveness Knowledge of fitness sales strategies for promoting classes and increasing participant engagement Passion for dancing and a vibrant personality that energizes the room Certification in group fitness instruction or dance-based fitness (preferred) Join us in creating an energetic environment where health meets fun!
