As a key member of our fitness team, you will design and deliver tailored Pilates sessions that promote strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. Your expertise will help clients achieve their fitness goals while fostering a motivating atmosphere that encourages continuous progress. Responsibilities Lead group Pilates classes with enthusiasm, ensuring proper technique and safety for all participants Develop customized Pilates programs that incorporate principles of body mechanics, physiology, and anatomy knowledge to meet individual needs Incorporate complementary skills such as yoga, dancing, or sports coaching to enhance class variety and effectiveness Educate clients on proper breathing techniques, core engagement, and movement alignment to maximize results Support gym members with personal training sessions, fitness assessments, and program design tailored to their goals Promote a positive environment that motivates participants, encourages participation, and fosters community engagement Stay current with industry trends in fitness sales, program design, and new exercise modalities like CrossFit or cycling to continually elevate class offerings Experience Proven experience teaching group fitness classes in a gym or health club setting with a focus on Pilates or similar modalities Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics essential for safe exercise instruction Familiarity with diverse fitness disciplines such as yoga, cycling, dancing, or CrossFit enhances program versatility Prior experience in personal training or sports coaching is highly desirable Excellent teaching skills with the ability to motivate individuals and groups of varying fitness levels Knowledge of fitness sales techniques to promote memberships and additional services effectively Certifications in Pilates instruction are required; additional certifications in yoga, personal training, or group fitness are a plus Join us to inspire others through movement!
