In this role, you will be responsible for helping clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized training programs and guidance. Responsibilities Design customized workout programs tailored to individual client needs and goals. Conduct fitness assessments to track client progress and adjust programs accordingly. Provide one-on-one training sessions, ensuring proper technique and safety during exercises. Motivate clients to achieve their fitness objectives while fostering a positive environment. Educate clients on nutrition, exercise techniques, and overall health practices. Maintain a clean and organized training area, ensuring equipment is in good working condition. Promote LA Fitness services and programs to enhance member engagement. Requirements Certified Personal Trainer from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM). Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients effectively. Experience in program design and fitness sales is preferred but not required.
