Job Summary Join our dynamic fitness team as a Certified Personal Trainer and ignite the passion for health and wellness in every client. Your expertise in physiology, body mechanics, and anatomy will be essential in delivering safe, effective, and engaging training sessions. Duties Develop customized fitness programs based on clients' goals, fitness levels, and medical history, incorporating principles of physiology and anatomy knowledge Lead individual training sessions and group fitness classes with energy, clarity, and motivation to maximize client engagement and results Educate clients on proper body mechanics, exercise techniques, and injury prevention to ensure safe workouts Monitor client progress regularly and adjust programs accordingly to ensure continuous improvement Promote personal training services through effective fitness sales techniques and excellent customer service Maintain a clean, organized gym environment by ensuring equipment is sanitized and properly stored after each session Stay current with industry trends by participating in ongoing education related to sports coaching, program design, and physical education teaching Experience Proven experience as a personal trainer or fitness instructor within a health club or gym environment Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics to tailor effective workout plans Demonstrated ability to design innovative training programs that cater to diverse client needs Experience leading group fitness classes or sports coaching sessions preferred Excellent communication skills with the ability to teach physical education concepts clearly and motivatingly Prior success in fitness sales or promoting services within a gym setting is advantageous Nationally recognized personal training certification (CSCS, NASM,NSCA Preferred certifications) Embark on this rewarding journey where your passion for fitness meets the opportunity to transform lives. $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
