Job Description

Nova Glow Studio is a luxury boutique Pilates and wellness studio opening soon at The Juniper on Mainstreet in Parker, Colorado, and we are looking for exceptional instructors to grow with us. Our 950 SF reformer studio features 10 Balanced Body Bravo Reformers, while our infrared-heated mat studio maintains a 90-95°F infrared environment and offers individual, full-body Platinum LED red light therapy panels at each of the 10 mat stations. We also offer private infrared sauna sessions and a curated clean wellness retail collection. The space is designed to feel more like a spa than a studio, and is elevated, intentional, and unlike anything else in Parker. We are hiring 5-6 part-time reformer instructors to join our founding team. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who loves Pilates and who walks into a room and makes every person in it feel seen, capable, and like they can't wait to come back. We value precision over performance and connection over choreography. If you're drawn to the BASI approach, or a contemporary take on the classical approach but have your own authentic voice as a teacher, we want to meet you.
You are:
Genuinely warm and personable. Clients remember how you make them feel long after class ends. Rooted in the method. You value Pilates that feels like Pilates, not trending exercises grafted onto a reformer or choreography designed only to impress. You understand why the fundamentals matter, and you teach them well. An intentional programmer. Every class you teach has a clear arc, covers the whole body, and is always client-appropriate. You don't make it up as you go, and you don't sacrifice comprehensiveness for novelty. Creative within a framework. You have range and personality as a teacher. Your classes are fun and challenging, but creativity lives inside your structure. Clients always leave feeling like it was worth it. Reliable, fully present, and genuinely excited to be part of building something from the ground up. Requirements Comprehensive program — BASI, STOTT/MERRITHEW, Balanced Body Educator full program, PHI, Polestar, Power Pilates, or equivalent. Weekend certifications and fitness-crossover add-ons are not sufficient for this role. Minimum 2 years of experience teaching group reformer Pilates in a boutique or studio setting. Current CPR/AED certification. Availability 4-6 classes per week at launch, with hours growing as the schedule builds and client demand increases. Available during one or more windows: early mornings (6-11am weekdays), evenings (5-8pm Mon-Thu), or weekends (8am-1pm). Compensation - W2 Employee Position We built our compensation structure around a simple belief: instructors who show up, fill their classes, build real client relationships, and bring clients into the Nova Glow community deserve to be rewarded for it.
Pay Base Pay:
$50-$65 per class, commensurate with experience.
Class performance bonus:
$3 per student above 50% capacity — up to $15 additional per class at full 10-person capacity.
Private and duet sessions:
You retain 60% of the session fee.
Quarterly team performance bonus:
When the studio hits its utilization and membership targets, the whole team shares in the win. Perks Complimentary classes across all formats. 25% retail discount. 2 guest passes per month to introduce people to the studio. Annual continuing education and jumpboard certification support. Room to grow with the studio — we're building something, and we want our founding instructors to grow with it. To Apply Send your resume, a brief note on your teaching philosophy and why Nova Glow feels like the right fit, and copies of your certifications. Qualified applicants will be invited to teach a demo class as part of our selection process. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. We are targeting a training start in early August ahead of our soft opening in late August and Grand Opening on September 12, 2026. We encourage early applications. Nova Glow Studio is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
