Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio in Stamford, CT, dedicated to helping people move with confidence, build strength, improve mobility, and reconnect with their bodies. We believe Pilates should be welcoming, encouraging, and accessible to everyone—whether they're stepping onto a reformer for the first time or looking to deepen their practice. We're looking for a passionate Pilates Instructor who loves teaching, enjoys building relationships, and wants to help grow

Pilates. This is an opportunity to be part of a studio from the ground up, where your ideas, passion, and dedication can help shape the community we're creating. What You'll Do Lead safe, engaging, and encouraging Reformer and/or Mat Pilates classes. Provide clear instruction, hands-on guidance (when appropriate), and modifications for different experience levels. Create a welcoming environment where every client feels comfortable, supported, and challenged. Help clients improve strength, mobility, posture, balance, and body awareness. Build meaningful relationships with clients and help create an exceptional studio experience. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment. Follow all studio safety policies and best practices. Collaborate with the owner to grow the studio through community events, workshops, special classes, and member engagement. Contribute ideas that help strengthen the

Pilates community and continue building a studio people love coming to. Qualifications Comprehensive Pilates certification from a recognized training program. Experience teaching Reformer Pilates (Mat certification is a plus). CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain before starting). Strong understanding of anatomy, body mechanics, and movement principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, professional, positive, and punctual. Passion for helping people move better and feel stronger. Comfortable working with beginners, older adults, and clients of varying fitness levels.
