Job Description

Audition required before hire. Vertica Fitness Orlando is seeking experienced Pole Fitness Instructors to join our growing studio. We are looking for confident, high-energy instructors who can lead a room, engage clients, and deliver a strong, structured class experience. This is not an entry-level role. We are building a team of instructors who can teach, perform, and create an environment where clients grow in both fitness and confidence. Position Overview Instructors will lead evening pole fitness classes for students of all levels. This role requires strong coaching ability, performance presence, and the ability to manage and engage a group effectively. Responsibilities Lead structured pole fitness classes for all levels Demonstrate movements, provide corrections, and guide progressions Freestyle, choreograph, and perform confidently during class Create a high-energy, engaging, and inclusive class environment Build relationships with clients to support retention Maintain safety standards and proper technique Studio Responsibilities Open and/or close the studio Clean and reset between classes Handle client check-ins Manage music and playlists during class Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Prior pole fitness teaching experience Strong ability to engage and control a class Confident in freestyle, choreography, and performance Professional, reliable, and punctual Physically capable of demonstrating movements Preferred (Not Required) CPR/AED certification Fitness or pole-specific certifications Performance or choreography experience Training Requirement Must be able to travel for a 7-day training in Arizona Compensation $22-$35 per hour (based on experience) Flat rate per class structure Additional pay available for private lessons Hourly pay available for open studio time Additional Earning Opportunity Instructors with leadership or management experience may be considered for expanded roles within the studio. Combined coach/management responsibilities can offer earning potential of up to $40/hour based on experience and responsibilities.
