Job Description

SLAYNETICS FITNESS
is seeking energetic, motivated, and passionate Group Fitness Instructors, Dance Fitness Instructors, and Personal Trainers to join our growing team in Apopka, Florida. This position is ideal for fitness professionals who enjoy leading classes, building relationships, motivating others, and being part of a supportive fitness community. Responsibilities include leading group fitness classes, conducting personal training sessions, assisting with member engagement, promoting gym programs and events, and helping create a positive experience for members. Team members will have opportunities to earn through class instruction, personal training, membership referrals, performance bonuses, and community engagement initiatives. All trainers are expected to actively contribute to the growth of the

community by participating in gym events, outreach efforts, and member retention activities. Trainers will also be encouraged to host at least one community event, workshop, challenge, or fitness activity each month.

This is a part-time independent contractor position with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement as the company continues to expand. Responsibilities & Expectations All

Fitness team members are expected to contribute to a positive, professional, and welcoming environment for members, guests, and fellow staff.
Responsibilities include:
Lead safe, engaging, and effective fitness classes and training sessions Arrive on time and prepared for all scheduled classes, sessions, and events Provide exceptional customer service and member support Maintain a positive, encouraging, and professional attitude Assist with membership growth, referrals, and community engagement Participate in gym events, challenges, and outreach initiatives Keep all fitness equipment clean, organized, and in proper working condition Assist with daily facility cleaning and maintenance tasks Immediately report damaged equipment or safety concerns Respect all members, staff, and guests regardless of age, race, religion, fitness level, or background Maintain member confidentiality and professionalism at all times Support and promote
