PITYFitness Pilates Studio is seeking a passionate and experienced Pilates Reformer Instructor to join our growing team. This is an independent contractor position ideal for a motivated instructor who enjoys building relationships, creating an exceptional client experience, and helping clients achieve their fitness goals through Pilates. Our boutique studio offers small, semi-private classes with a maximum of four reformers, allowing instructors to provide individualized attention while fostering a welcoming and supportive community atmosphere. As part of our team, you'll have the flexibility to create your own schedule, grow your client base, and build your personal brand within an established and growing fitness community.

Responsibilities:

Lead safe, effective, and engaging Pilates Reformer classes for individuals and small groups Provide exercise modifications and progressions based on client needs, goals, and abilities Ensure proper form, technique, and equipment usage Create a positive, encouraging environment that helps clients feel successful and supported Build strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and long-term success Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment Stay current on Pilates education, techniques, and industry best practices Collaborate with studio ownership to help grow class participation and community engagement

Qualifications:

Certified Pilates Instructor with Reformer certification required Strong knowledge of anatomy, movement patterns, and injury prevention Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, professional, and reliable Passion for helping clients improve their strength, mobility, and confidence Experience teaching group Pilates classes preferred Prior boutique fitness or studio experience is a plus
