Position Summary The Educator leads high-quality group classes on the WundaFormer, offering clear cueing, safe programming, and an inclusive, motivating environment. You'll uphold the Pilates Addiction experience while fostering community and client success. What You'll Do Class Instruction Teach safe, effective classes following Pilates Addiction training and programming standards Use clear, motivational cueing rooted in functional anatomy Offer modifications and progressions for all fitness levels Create a welcoming, empowering environment that supports client success Training & Development Complete and maintain all required Pilates Addiction training Attend workshops, coaching sessions, and team meetings Participate in ongoing feedback to continually grow as an instructor Take one complimentary class per month from a fellow Educator to support team cohesion Professionalism & Collaboration Support a positive, community-focused studio culture Arrive prepared, on time, and professional Work collaboratively with the Studio Manager and fellow Educators Help maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper equipment setup Qualifications- Required Completion of (or current enrollment in) the Pilates Addiction Educator Training Program Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and Pilates principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to integrate coaching and feedback Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Physically able to demo movements, lift up to 40 lbs, adjust equipment, stand & instruct for extended periods Preferred Prior experience teaching Pilates, barre, group fitness, or movement-based classes Sales-minded approach (warm client interactions, encouraging repeat visits, supporting client retention) Why Join Pilates Addiction?
