This role is ideal for instructors who are confident leading group classes, understand movement mechanics, and thrive in a studio where client experience and connection matter just as much as the workout itself. What You'll Do ✨ Lead engaging, results-driven Pilates classes that challenge and inspire clients ✨ Deliver clear, confident cueing rooted in strong knowledge of alignment and form ✨ Provide thoughtful modifications and progressions to support clients at different fitness levels ✨ Maintain a high-energy, welcoming class environment that keeps clients coming back ✨ Build authentic relationships with clients before, during, and after class ✨ Collaborate with the studio team to create a positive and supportive community What We're Looking For ✔ Minimum 1 year of experience teaching group fitness classes ✔ Strong understanding of Pilates principles, movement mechanics, and proper form ✔ Confidence leading group classes and adapting instruction for different ability levels ✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ✔ Passion for helping clients improve strength, mobility, and overall wellness ✔ Team-oriented mindset and a positive, professional attitude Who You Are You're a confident and passionate instructor who truly cares about the people in your classes.
