As part of this total club rebuild and evolution, we're introducing four dedicated studio environments, expanded programming, elevated recovery offerings, and an entirely reimagined studio fitness experience. We're seeking exceptional instructors and coaches across multiple disciplines who are passionate about delivering world-class classes, building community and creating experiences that keep members coming back.

Yoga Mat Pilates Aerial Silks Boxing-Inspired Conditioning HIIT & Athletic Performance Treadmill-Based Training Strength & Weight Training Dance Fitness (WERQ, Zumba, Dance Cardio) Recovery, Mobility & Stretch-Based Programming Position Summary Studio Fitness Instructors are responsible for delivering safe, effective, and highly engaging group fitness experiences that inspire participation, foster connection, and support long-term member engagement. Successful instructors combine technical expertise with exceptional coaching presence, professionalism, and the ability to create a memorable experience for every participant who walks into the room. Responsibilities Lead dynamic, high-quality classes aligned with programming standards Deliver exceptional coaching, cueing, and member support Create an inclusive environment that welcomes participants of all experience levels Build relationships that strengthen member engagement and community Maintain studio readiness and uphold safety standards Collaborate with programming leadership on events, specialty classes, and ongoing innovation Serve as a positive ambassador for the Powerhouse SoFlo brand Qualifications Current nationally recognized certification relevant to your modality preferred Current CPR/AED certification required Previous group fitness instruction experience Strong communication and coaching skills Professional presence and reliability Studio Fitness Auditions Qualified candidates selected to move forward, will be invited to participate in an exclusive Studio Fitness Audition as part of our instructor selection process. Auditions will showcase coaching ability, class presence, member engagement skills, and alignment with the future vision of Studio Fitness at Powerhouse SoFlo. Participation is by invitation only.
