About Mom Haven Hub Mom Haven Hub is a maternal wellness space created to support women through every stage of motherhood from pregnancy to postpartum and beyond. Our mission is to provide a nurturing, community-centered environment where mothers can access education, movement, creative expression, and holistic wellness experiences under one roof. We bring together a collective of professionals including movement instructors, doulas, educators, and wellness practitioners who are passionate about empowering families through connection, support, and meaningful programming. Our space offers workshops, classes, and community experiences that nurture the emotional, physical, and social well-being of women in all stages of motherhood. Job Summary We are seeking passionate and engaging prenatal/postnatal yoga and mat Pilates instructors to lead movement-based wellness classes within our maternal wellness space. This role is ideal for instructors who are passionate about supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the transition into motherhood through safe, intentional movement practices. Classes may include offerings such as prenatal yoga, postpartum recovery movement, mommy-and-me movement classes, mat Pilates, breathwork-based movement, stretching, mobility, or low-impact wellness experiences . We welcome instructors with diverse movement backgrounds who are interested in creating supportive, beginner-friendly class experiences for mothers.

We are not looking for one individual to fulfill every specialty. We welcome instructors from a variety of movement and wellness backgrounds who are aligned with maternal wellness and community-centered care. This is a part-time, 1099 contractor role with flexible scheduling based on class bookings and events. Responsibilities Plan and facilitate safe, engaging, and beginner-friendly movement classes Lead classes such as prenatal yoga, postpartum yoga, mat Pilates, mobility/stretch sessions, or mommy-and-me movement experiences Create a welcoming, supportive, and inclusive environment for participants of varying fitness and experience levels Modify movements appropriately for pregnancy and postpartum needs Collaborate with Mom Haven Hub on class concepts, scheduling, and community programming Arrive prepared and maintain a clean, organized class environment before and after sessions Communicate professionally with participants and contribute to a positive client experience reflective of the Mom Haven Hub brand Encourage body awareness, mindfulness, and wellness through movement-based instruction Experience Background in yoga, Pilates, movement instruction, or wellness-based fitness preferred Experience working with prenatal and/or postpartum populations strongly preferred Experience teaching group classes in studios, wellness spaces, or community settings is a plus Experience creating your own class concepts or wellness offerings is highly valued Qualifications/Certifications and Trainings Certified Yoga Instructor, Pilates Instructor, or related movement/wellness certification preferred Prenatal and/or postpartum training or certifications strongly preferred Comfortable leading small to medium-sized group classes Ability to create structured but approachable experiences accessible to beginners Organized, reliable, and able to manage class flow independently Passion for maternal wellness, community, and holistic health Open to a 1099 contractor role with flexible, event/class-based scheduling
