Job Description
Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments and goal-setting consultations. Design individualized workout programs based on each client's goals, fitness level, and medical considerations. Deliver safe, motivating, and results-driven personal training sessions. Teach proper exercise technique, movement mechanics, and equipment usage. Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed. Maintain detailed client notes and progress tracking. Build strong relationships that encourage long-term commitment and accountability. Educate clients on exercise, recovery, and healthy lifestyle habits. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training environment. Collaborate with fitness management and club staff to provide an exceptional member experience. Maintain current CPR/AED certification and nationally recognized personal training certification. Uphold LA Fitness standards for professionalism, customer service, and member safety.
