Pilates Instructor

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and passionate Pilates Instructor! In this role, you will lead engaging Pilates classes Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire clients of all levels to achieve their fitness goals while fostering a positive and motivating environment. Responsibilities Lead group Pilates classes that cater to various skill levels, ensuring proper technique and safety at all times Develop customized workout programs that incorporate Pilates principles, body mechanics, and anatomy knowledge Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to help participants maximize their workout effectiveness Monitor participants' form and offer modifications or progressions as needed to prevent injury and enhance results Maintain a welcoming, energetic atmosphere that motivates members to stay committed to their fitness journey. Skills Strong knowledge of Pilates techniques, body mechanics, physiology, and anatomy Experience teaching group classes- Ability to design effective workout programs tailored to individual needs and goals Excellent communication skills with a friendly, motivating demeanor Proven ability to inspire clients through engaging instruction and personalized feedback Knowledge of fitness sales strategies to promote memberships and additional services effectively Join us as a Pilates Instructor and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to empowering individuals through movement!
