At Impact Physical Therapy & Sports Performance , we're looking for a driven, independent personal trainer to grow their business inside a one-on-one, rehab-focused performance setting . This isn't a big-box gym. This is where fitness meets physical therapy . What You'll Do Bring your existing clientele — and grow your book within our clinic Deliver 1:1 and small group training sessions focused on strength, movement, and performance Program with intention — emphasizing proper mechanics, injury prevention, and long-term results Collaborate with physical therapists to support post-rehab and return-to-performance clients Track progress, adjust programming, and drive measurable outcomes Build strong client relationships that lead to retention and referrals Create a professional, high-energy training environment every session Who You Are Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, etc.) CPR/AED certified Strong understanding of movement, biomechanics, and strength training principles Passionate about quality coaching — not just counting reps Entrepreneurial mindset — you're excited to grow your own clientele within our space Strong communicator with a professional and motivating presence Why Impact Strength?
