A Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor develops customized exercise and fitness programs for clients. Reviews health and fitness goals, teaches correct and safe exercise technique, monitors progress and provides encouragement for clients. Leads fitness and exercise classes at a community center, club or pool. Teaches aerobics, water, strength building or other exercises and maintains equipment.

Job Description
We're seeking coachable, driven, and adaptable certified personal trainer eager to expand their expertise beyond fitness and into the future of health and longevity. You will begin by taking our BLU Personal Training Certification and, upon completion, there will be the possibility to begin training to become a Certified BLU Longevity Coach. Implementing the BLU methodology of utilizing the 5 Drivers of Health and Wellness, in combination of the best evidence-based longevity medicine to help guide members to achieving a life full of vitality and longevity, overall adding ThriveYears™ and increasing the healthspan of those we serve.
