Position Type 1099 Independent Contractor Flexible scheduling based on client availability. Great opportunity for trainers looking to grow their own clientele while being part of a supportive team. What You'll Do Design customized workout programs for clients of all fitness levels. Deliver one-on-one and small group training sessions. Motivate, educate, and hold clients accountable to help them reach their goals. Build strong relationships and provide an exceptional client experience. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming training environment. Collaborate with our team to create a positive gym culture. What We're Looking For Nationally recognized Personal Training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent). CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain). Excellent communication and people skills. Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Passion for helping others transform their lives. Team player who is excited to grow with the OPT family. Preferred Qualifications Previous personal training experience is preferred, but motivated new trainers are encouraged to apply.
