in Dr. Phillips. Our proprietary Aurum Reformer requires instructors who understand anatomy, biomechanics, and movement — not just choreography. We are seeking energetic, educated professionals who want to teach at a higher level and deliver real, measurable results. This is an opportunity to grow with a premium, education-driven studio from the ground up. Pilates Addiction redefines fitness by combining modern workout intensity with classical principles in each 50-minute session. Our carefully designed workouts focus on mental engagement and physical transformation, targeting deep-core strength, stabilizers, and slow-twitch muscle fibers. We are dedicated to delivering a premium fitness experience that goes beyond surface-level fitness. Pilates Addiction is committed to inspiring clients to achieve their best physical and mental well-being. Who We're Looking For You have 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Comprehensive Pilates Instructor (450+ hours preferred) Personal Trainer with strong biomechanics background Corrective Exercise Specialist Physical Therapist or PTA Strength & Conditioning professional You're confident analyzing movement patterns, correcting form, and explaining the "why" behind the work. You're not just leading workouts — you're coaching bodies. What You'll Do Teach high-energy, anatomically precise group classes Identify imbalances and offer smart modifications/progressions Deliver clear, confident cueing rooted in biomechanics Help members see results they haven't experienced before Contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous learning What Sets You Apart Strong understanding of anatomy and muscular sequencing Comfortable giving hands-on adjustments Growth-minded and coachable Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Excited to help build a new studio community Compensation We offer highly competitive hourly rates based on experience and credentials.
