We are currently seeking an energetic and certified Zumba Instructor to join our dynamic team at Everbe in Orlando, FL.

Job Description:

As a Zumba Instructor at Everbe, you will lead high-energy classes that provide a fun, engaging, and inclusive workout experience for participants of all fitness levels. The ideal candidate is passionate about dance and fitness, brings infectious enthusiasm, and creates a lively, party-like atmosphere where everyone feels welcome and motivated.

Responsibilities:

Lead energetic Zumba classes, ensuring a fun and effective workout for all participants. Choreograph dance routines using the latest Zumba music, incorporating a diverse mix of styles. Monitor participants' movements to ensure safety, providing modifications as needed. Foster a supportive, inclusive, and engaging class environment. Stay up-to-date on the latest Zumba trends, music, and techniques. Promote the physical, mental, and social benefits of Zumba within the community. Build and maintain positive relationships with participants, encouraging a culture of health and connection. Opportunities for additional earnings through special events, private sessions, or larger class sizes.

Requirements:

Zumba Certification from a recognized training program. CPR/First Aid certification. Proven experience leading Zumba classes with energy and charisma. Strong sense of rhythm and ability to choreograph routines. Excellent communication skills with the ability to create a positive class atmosphere. Knowledge of safe dance and exercise practices to prevent injuries. Organizational skills to manage class schedules and community engagement. Flexibility to offer classes at times convenient for community members.
