Job Summary Our growing mobile fitness business provides on-site group fitness at residential communities in the greater Orlando area. We are seeking an experienced and energetic bilingual Zumba Instructor to lead dynamic classes that inspire participants to move, sweat, and have fun! You will join our team of highly professional and dependable fitness providers. You will create engaging, high-energy routines that combine dance and aerobic movements with Latin-inspired music. Your enthusiasm and motivational coaching will help clients of any fitness level achieve their fitness goals while enjoying every moment of their workout. This is a growing niche for All About You Fitness -- we invite you to join us by starting with pop-up classes, then expanding throughout fall 2026. Responsibilities Lead lively Zumba classes by demonstrating dance routines and guiding participants through energetic workouts Design and adapt choreography suitable for various skill levels, ensuring safety and enjoyment for all attendees Motivate participants with positive reinforcement, creating an inclusive and encouraging atmosphere Maintain safe exercise practices during classes Provide basic health and safety guidance, including first aid if necessary, and promote injury prevention techniques Communicate effectively with clients about class schedules, fitness tips, and personalized advice when appropriate Maintain a clean, organized class environment Qualifications Minimum of 2 years' experience in leading Zumba classes Ability to modify moves to accommodate participants' varied fitness levels Certification as Zumba instructor Bilingual Strong communication skills to motivate and engage diverse groups of participants Basic first aid (CPR/AED) certification required Current driver's license and car Must provide own music
