Passionate about helping clients achieve lasting results Professional, reliable, and relationship-focused Excellent communicators who can build trust and accountability Energetic, motivating, and service-oriented Self-starters with a strong work ethic and growth mindset Team players who enjoy collaborating with other fitness and wellness professionals Responsibilities Design individualized training programs based on client goals, abilities, and limitations Lead safe, effective, and engaging one-on-one and small-group training sessions Track client progress and adjust programs accordingly Educate clients on exercise technique, movement quality, and healthy lifestyle habits Build long-term client relationships through accountability and exceptional service Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training environment Represent Hustle Training 360 with professionalism, integrity, and positivity Qualifications Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, ISSA, or equivalent) CPR/AED Certification Minimum 3-5 years of personal training experience Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, exercise science, and body mechanics Experience working with active adults, beginners, weight loss clients, and special populations is a plus Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels
